Performance management is an important and core aspect of human resource management in modern enterprises. On the afternoon of February 7th, the performance management training session of Chongqing Kaicheng Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the VIP conference room. The training session was presided over and delivered by Mr. Yan Sinan, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Kaicheng Operations, and personnel at or above the supervisory level of engineering, color boxes, manuals, electronics, warehousing, equipment, quality, procurement, business, personnel administration, finance, and other relevant departments participated in the training.

At the meeting, Mr. Yan provided training and explanations on "What is performance management", "Four modules of performance management", "Nine steps of performance management", "Sources and factors of performance plans", "Coaches and mentors of performance management", "Decomposition of performance evaluation target values", "Audit of performance evaluation target values data", "Judgment of performance evaluation target values results", and other contents. Among them, by combining the actual situation of various production departments in Chongqing Kaicheng, the four modules of performance management - plan/objectives, coach/coaching, assessment/evaluation, and salary/incentive - were explained in detail in simple terms. In addition, Mr. Yan also explained the preliminarily formed company performance management framework to the on-site personnel.

It is reported that according to the year-end work arrangement of the group leaders, Chongqing Kaicheng will comprehensively launch performance target management this year, and will also use Chongqing Kaicheng's KPI assessment management as a blueprint to promote it in other branches of the group.
