On December 28, 2016, the 2016 Excellent Party Member Selection Conference of the Party Branch of the Communist Party of China Chongqing Paishing Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the party building activity room of the company. The meeting was chaired by Li Hai, the Party branch secretary, and a total of 5 party members participated in the selection meeting.
Party branch secretary Li Hai first explained the selection method of this meeting to all party members, who conducted democratic evaluation and scoring on site. The scores obtained were ultimately included in the "Quantitative Assessment Form for Excellent Communist Party Members" for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, Comrade Chen Fang was selected as the outstanding Communist Party member of 2016.
It is reported that the "Quantitative Assessment Form for Excellent Communist Party Members" of the Party Branch of Chongqing Paishing Technology Ltd. of the Communist Party of China has a total of 18 assessment contents, which are evaluated in eight major areas: political ideology, style construction, party member cultivation, professional quality, performance contribution, company rewards and punishments, and democratic evaluation. The assessment is jointly scored by the Party Branch, department heads, personnel administration departments, deputy general managers, and general managers, reflecting the rigor of the Party Branch in selecting excellent party members.
