The meeting was presided over by Nguyen thi Yu, chief of the administrative section of Vietnam Paishing . The vice chairman of the trade union of Haiphong Industrial Zone read out the election methods of the trade union committee. More than 300 representatives attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the host introduced the resumes of the candidates of the seven trade union committee members, and all the representatives of the trade union members carefully filled in the votes and cast a sacred vote.
This meeting adopted the method of differential election. After a fair, fair and open secret ballot, the first chairman of the trade union: Du Lanying was elected. Trade union members: Ruan Shixing, Li Shifa, Ruan Wennan, Ruan Shiyu.
In his speech, President Xie congratulated the establishment of the company's trade union and the elected members, and hoped that the trade union would conscientiously perform its duties and do a good job in future work. He requires: first, to carry out work centered on the company and be the right-hand assistant of the superior labor union and administrative work; Second, expand the influence of activities, and carry out more activities to guide employees to strengthen learning and improve the comprehensive quality of employees; The third is to strengthen the basis of standardization, strengthen the system and do a good job in trade union management based on the creation of a model worker's home; Fourth, build an image with "two ties", unite in work, learn to summarize, and establish the image of the trade union.
At the meeting, Du Lanying, the newly elected chairman of the trade union, made a speech on behalf of the trade union: in the future, we must resolutely implement the spirit of the instructions of the superior trade union, carry forward the "family" style, be an "example" for all employees, conscientiously do a good job in the work of the trade union, try our best to solve problems for everyone, and never betray the trust of the company's leaders and all employees.
